Tokyo's Green Urban Development since Edo Period
Tokyo is always evolving.
For over 400 years since the Edo period, the city has preserved its green spaces.
I research urban design by observing pedestrians and speaking with residents and business owners.
These green spaces are important for a happy city life.
This mindset hasn’t changed since the Edo period.
They help foster an enjoyable life where people can thrive.
100 years from now, we'll still make sure Tokyo is sustainable and exists in harmony with nature.
