(Tokyo 2020 Games) "Ariake Arena" PR footage
Construction of "Ariake Arena", which is the Volleyball venue for Olympics and Wheelchair basketball venue for Paralympic Games was completed in December 2019. This video shows the time-lapse footage of the construction procedure including the foundation work and roof work at the Main Arena. It also introduces the use of domestic lumber including Tokyo Lumber "Tamasanzai", and how events were held at this venue.
