Protect Against Heat Stroke: A message from the Governor of Tokyo (August 9th, 2023)
A heat wave has hit Japan this summer.
Regardless of day or night, if room temperature exceeds 28 degrees Celsius, please be sure to take precautions against heat stroke.
These include effective use of air conditioning, replenishing salt and minerals and drinking water.
